Looking for free pattern for children's underwear

Has anyone ever come across a free online pattern for making kids underwear? I've been searching but not coming up with anything. I'm trying to toilet train my son, but he only has 2 pairs of training pants and I need to make a few more (not the diapery kind, but the ones that are just like underwear only two layers thick and made out of the waffley material that longjohns are made from).

I'm on a personal buy nothing challenge, so I can't buy new ones or buy a pattern to make them. I will have to draw a pattern myself if I can't find a free one, and I'm not really very good at that.

Or if all else fails -- take apart a pair of training pants you have, and use that for a pattern. Don't forget to include seam allowances.
