I have family near Tampa and in Albuquerque. Are you still going to NM?

yes, we bought some land in deming ...ha ha ha by the florida mtns even. we plan to move this year. well, you know, we planned to moved back for 2000, but here we still are. it's been hard to know how to do it. we want a non-traditional home, will be self employed (hard to get a loan, etc). but it is the top of our list this year. so much so we haven't had a vacation...a real one where i didn't worry about the cats in forever. (a couple years)
