I started low carbing again on Feb. 1 and have lost 9 lbs so far, but am looking for some ideas for food & snacks
My typical menu has been like this :
Breakfast
* yogurt ( low carb, low sugar kind, cant think of the name)
Lunch
* turkey sausage with some veggies
Snack
*some cheese chunks and olives
Dinner
*grilled chicken with veggies
Snack
*Atkins ice cream
And of course drinking my (8) 8oz glasses of water
Anyone have any good low carb ideas they can share ??
