Instead of buying expensive sparkling apple cider
to have for your special holiday celebration, you
can make your own economical version that will be
just as good, and it's so easy to make.

Here's how:

Add three cans seltzer or club soda to frozen
apple juice concentrate instead of the water.
(You can also use cranberry, cran-raspberry,
or cran-apple juices. Avoid citrus juices,
as they don't work well.)

Serve it from a decorative pitcher, and no one
will know that it didn't come out of a green
bottle.
