Maple Ham

Recipe Description
Mmmm. Oh btw, you can cut your ham into quarters and use a boneless ham if it's cheaper and/or a bone-in spiral ham is not available. I cut my 8lb ham in quarters and it definitely feeds at least six people with 2lbs worth.
Preparation Steps:
Level of Difficulty:
Easy
Time Needed:
7-8 hours
Ingredients:
7-8lb ham
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup all natural maple syrup
2 cups pineapple juice
Serves:
10
Directions:
Put ham into crockpot. Rub ham with brown sugar. Pour remaining ingredients onto ham and cook on low for 7-8 hours.

Sounds yummy! I'll have to try it. If you feed 6 people on 1/4 of this, I'd have it FOREVER as there's only 2 of us, sigh. Maybe I'll try it for a party.

It's definitely a holiday ham type of thing. We end up having lots of leftovers, so DH usually takes some thick ham and mustard sandwiches with him to work and I have enough leftovers for a second meal and a sandwich for me. :D
