My goals for March:

Pay off at least 1/2 of a cc and pay off at least 1/2 of what I owe a doctor.

Stay away from clearance at stores....I did great in February. I kept saying to myself (in my head) those things steal my dreams of owning a summer home some day near the water.

Get coupons under control. I need to buy a coupon caddy.

Try new recipes that are inexpensive.

Drink more water and eat less.

Take vitamins every day.

February sucked. I did meet most of my goals, I suppose, but I still feel like a failure for the ones that I didn't meet. I'm extremely determined for March, and have planned for success! This is my last real month that I'll be able to get things done before the baby (I'll probably be too fat in April to do much, lol), so I need to really get myself in gear. Without further adieu...March's lofty goals list! ;)

March 2007 Goals

1. Spend less than $400 on groceries (including toiletries, cleaning supplies, paper products, and pet supplies).
2. Eat out 10 times or less.
3. Add $60 to the EF.
4. Put $800 into savings (in preparation for maternity leave).
5. Finish bedroom and move all furniture back in.
6. Re-do the laundry room.
7. Re-do the hallway/storage closet.
8. Re-do the front entry.
9. Re-do the back entry.
10. Tile the kitchen floor.
11. Take vitamin every day (I've been slacking on this).
12. Drink 64 oz of water (or more) daily).
13. Get birthdays on the calendar (finally)!
14. Get into the habit of twice daily prayers with hubby.
15. Get into the habit of daily scripture study with hubby.
16. Go to all of church all 4 times in March, instead of skipping the last "boring" part.
17. Get Oliver's room set up and stocked.
18. Finish my baby registries.
19. Sell some things on eBay.
20. Update the baby book.
21. Get one Christmas present.

It looks like a bussssssy month, but I'm all ready to get cracking! :hurray:

Hmmm...I didn't do too bad with February goals. Still...

1) figure out where to go next in marketing my book. Get DD#2 to fix up website...or hire someone else to do it up professionally.
2) sell piano.
3) finish quilt-as-you-go quilt.
4) work more on hardanger dresser runner
5) work more on hollyhock rug.
6) finish Jacobean motif
7) design sampler and return books to very patient friend.
8) take goldwork piece in to be properly framed.
9) finish reading "Getting Over the Blues"
10) work on "Vein of Gold" exercises (this could take awhile!).
11) finish "Nine Steps to Financial Freedom" and return to library.
12) plan summer vacation and book tickets.
13) gym 3x per week, and walks with DH.
14) conscious effort to take fruit for snacks and to eat fruit for desserts.
15) attend seminars to learn about selling on-line.
16) mindmap my presentation for April.

That's a lot. Let's see how I do! Go me!
