I'm starting my spring challenge today which is to cycle 1400 miles by the end of May on my exercise bike. That's about 15 miles a day and I'll be varying the intensity and workout time throughout.
Hoping to get back into the swing of weights after a loooooong break too.
I'm in for 20 of 31 days at a minimum of thirty minutes. I'll do either the exercise bike, EA Sports Active on the Wii, or walking if winter goes away by the end of the month.
I recently joined a gym and hope to make it there 3-5 days a week and the remaining days workout from home. I'm going for 30-60 mins per day and have a goal to workout every day this month.
30 mins on the elliptical from home yesterday. Off to the gym later this afternoon.
