I'm in for this month! But I think I'm going to track how many minutes I do this month and try and beat it next month.

'm in for 5 days a week. I can't say how many minutes as the workouts vary. I'm in the second week of Chalean Extreme. It's a 90 day program.

Today is a rest day but i'll still be doing a walk

I'm starting my spring challenge today which is to cycle 1400 miles by the end of May on my exercise bike. That's about 15 miles a day and I'll be varying the intensity and workout time throughout.

Hoping to get back into the swing of weights after a loooooong break too.

I'm in again for at least 40 minutes 5 days a week.

TODAY - treadmill - 40 min, 2.79 mi, 484 calories burned

OK, Lord knows I need to improve my fitness level, so I will commit to this...

I am going to start kind of easy, since this is my first exercise challenge and I don't want to kill myself. ;)

500 minutes of treadmill

I'll do this, too. Walk dogs 5x week for the entire month, starting tonight.

I'm in for 20 of 31 days at a minimum of thirty minutes. I'll do either the exercise bike, EA Sports Active on the Wii, or walking if winter goes away by the end of the month.

I recently joined a gym and hope to make it there 3-5 days a week and the remaining days workout from home. I'm going for 30-60 mins per day and have a goal to workout every day this month. :eek:

30 mins on the elliptical from home yesterday. Off to the gym later this afternoon.
