I've used this one many times, I can't bring myself to pay $3.00 for Shake-n-bake, I need 2 packs anyway for my family and it costs more than the chicken.... This recipe I make in bulk and seal with my little old fashioned seal-a-meal...... This one is from COPT CAT RECIPES, I'll give the link at the bottom.....
**********************************
Original Shake And Bake1/2 cup plus 1 Tbsp corn flake crumbs
2 tsp all-purpose flour
1 tsp salt
1/4 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp sugar
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/4 tsp onion powder

Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and
stir to combine. Use the same way you would
store bought shake and bake.

To prepare; shake 2 1/2 lbs, 6- 8 pieces of
chicken in coating mix until chicken is well
coated. Bake chicken at 400F degrees for 20
minutes for boneless chicken or for 45
minutes to 50 minutes for bone in chicken.

I have about 10 pounds of chicken legs that has to fixed. When I brought them home my DH just put them in the frezzer. I thought he devided them.. Now how can 3 people eat that much chicken? So I figured I can make it up & just eat on it for a few days..

Do you think it would be ok if I didn't use break crumbs & used croutons that I just mashed so that there crumbs? thanks
