I am going to challenge myself to exercise at least 15 minutes every day. Yes, every day. I'd like at least 4 days/week to be 30 min+. I'm on a new medication that has made me gain weight, and now I need to lose even more than before. 
Anyway, please feel free to join me. You can set your challenge to be whatever works for you. It doesn't have to be the same as mine.
