this was a happy experiment

leftover ground beef cooked with garlic salt
leftover corn meal mush from breakfast
grated cheese
green tomatillo enchilada sauce

i spread the corn meal mush in the bottom of a small baking dish, beef, sauce and cheese on top. baked until cheese all melted and gooey.

basically a tamale/green enchilada
