Good Morning All:
Having a DIY spa day at home today ( facial mask, shampoo and style, manicure) as well as puttering in the garden and cleaning out the car...overall quiet day planned. How are you all pinching those pennies today?

I'm just staying home and not doing any shopping online either.

Meals will be homemade using items that are already in the house.

I'm hoping for a nice quiet day here, too. Husby is back to work after being home for over a month so I have the place to myself again.

Staying home doing laundry hung some up in each bath room to dry did use the dryer some it cloudy but trying keep lights off as much as i can trying pinch pennies her and there.

Hit Kroger got meds,charity pb and jelly 12 each. , and a few weekly groc. Spent about $100. 1 insulin is free but the other not so much. Did get the $5. off coupon by "talking to the Pharmacist". Paid the electric bill diff of $155. after settlement-steam rises! Had a useless talk w/ DH about usage. Made the cinnamon rolls for DH left over from Thanksgiving and sandwiches. Used up the lasagne from last nights dinner. Still no take out. Still no movies rented. Did spent $1.99 on a game I've been playing for awhile. Finally got the oversized litter pan in place for DD's cat I have now. Its extra wide and covered so this will save litter from flying all over. Dh was able to fix the tubes for the water system and buy more foam tubes for about $30. -dancing on that.
