It's Rev. Martin Luther King Jr. Day so my husband doesn't have to work today, and most of our town, including the schools, are closed today due to a horrific ice storm we had this weekend, so we're all home together. Made a double batch of pancakes for breakfast which resulted in leftovers that should last us the week. Going to be doing some more batch cooking later to make sure we have enough stuff on hand for some fast meals this week and next week when we have a lot going on. I also have to make cupcakes for DD's birthday (she's taking them to school for her b-day treat).

Other than cooking, I'm just cleaning, finding things to post on our community's BST site, and organizing.
