mock gyros with tsaziki sauce (did i spell that right?)

Recipe Description
a happy accident
Preparation Steps:
Level of Difficulty:
Easy
Time Needed:
hour
Ingredients:
ground beef
eggs
old fashioned oats
savory
lawry's seasoned salt
marjoram
black pepper

plain yogurt or sour cream
cucumber

franks durkee "red hot" hot sauce

tomatoes
green salad
sliced raw onion
Serves:
Directions:
i made a very dense meatloaf and overcooked it by accident. rather crispy meatloaf. whoops.

it wasn't very good as a meatloaf but i got the idea to slice it thin, heat it up in the microwave and serve it with tsaziki (sp?) sauce and franks hot sauce.

sauce: yogurt or sour cream pureed with cucumber.

with a green herb salad, sliced raw onion and grape tomatoes, is very greek. same texture and flavor as grilled gyros. i will definitely repeat this accident again.

next time i will heat the mock gyros in a little olive oil in a skillet.
