I have a Gateway VX900 monitor. I am running a IBM computer, XP is my operating system. that's all i know. I couldn't answer any questions further than that. Today we had a power outage while i was working on the computer, and now the monitor has a spectrum/rainbow thing going on around the edges of the screen. Is that going to be permanent after effect of the power outage or is there a way to fix it?
