Mostacolli Meatballs​

Recipe Description

A fast easy microwave meal​

Preparation Steps:

Cook Mostacolli pasta according to package directions.​

Time Needed:

20 minutes​

Ingredients:

1 lb hamburger
28 oz can Spaghetti Sauce any flavor
1/2 t minced onion
2 cups Mostacolli pasta, cooked​

Serves:

4​

Directions:

1. Combine hamburger with 1/3 cup of spaghetti sauce and onion.
2. Form into 8-10 meatballs and put in a large microwaveable dish and microwave on high for 9 minutes.
3. Transfer the meatballs to a plate and drain the grease out.
4. Put the meatballs back in the dish, top with cooked pasta and the rest of the spaghetti sauce.
5. Microwave on high for 2 to 3 additional minutes.​
