Has anyone ever made jam out of wild mulberries or canned them?
There aren't any wild blackberries or rasberries near me but there are several mulberry trees that drop berries everywhere at work. I will fill up a bowl and bring home sometimes to just eat fresh but I know noone would care if I actually harvested them. It would just mean that many less on the ground.

No help here, but I just love mulberries to death! You can send some my way. ;)

Look on line for recipes. Just use your search engine. I found one I may try next year as our season just finished before finding the recipe. It seems for most you'll need a Foley (kind of like a crank strainer), plus the usual jam making supplies like pectin, sugar and lemon juice. Have fun!
