My best CP chili


Recipe Description
I like this chili. The allspice, celery salt, and garlic gives it a good flavor. The tomato soup mellows it.​
Preparation Steps:
Brown ground beef or venison along with the onion. Put meat and all other ingredients in CP, and cook on low for 4-5 hours.​
Level of Difficulty:
Easy​
Time Needed:
4-5 hours in CP on low​
Ingredients:
1 can diced tomatoes (do not drain)
1 (15 oz.) can tomato soup
1/2 tsp. allspice
1 tsp. sugar
1 clove garlic, minced.
1/2 onion, diced
1# hamburger or ground venison
2 cans kidney beans (I prefer joan of arc)--do not drain.
2 Tbsp. chili powder
2 Tbsp. ground cumin
1 tsp. celery salt
Salt and pepper to taste
one dash of red pepper flakes (optional for heat)​
Serves:
4​
Directions:
I serve this with cornbread.​
