That bush and its crop looks wonderful. Oh, I am jealous!

My blackberry bush has had 8 berries on it so far.

Do you ever trim back the bush to get it to grow back thick? My bush is very leggy, what am I doing wrong?

I did nothing to it..... I let it "winter" I was told to just leave it alone for the winter and if i survived it would be very hardy... all I did was cut away the dead wood at the end of winter.....

Lori,
How big was the original plant? and was it just one of each you planted? It looks awesome!! I planted a small one a few yrs ago back in NY and it died. :toothy:

Looks delicious.
