Recipe Description
A Chinese style rib that sure to please

Ingredients:5lbs. pork ribs
2 cups soy sauce
2 cups white sugar
4 cloves garlic,
pressed or chopped
fine
1 inch ginger, grated
1 teaspoon sesame
oil
1/2 to 2 teaspoons
red pepper. Depends
on how hot you like
it.

Directions:Mix everything but the ribs in a saucepan and cook
until the sugar melts, then cool.
Pour marinade over ribs, and put in the ice box
overnight, mixing up occasionally to make sure all ribs
are covered with sauce.
Grill or broil.
