MYO fajita seasoning mix


Recipe Description
Frugal and tasty seasoning to make fajitas​
Preparation Steps:
Level of Difficulty:
Easy​
Time Needed:
5-10 minutes​
Ingredients:
* 3 Tbsp. cornstarch
* 2 Tbsp. chili powder
* 1 Tbsp. salt
* 1 Tbsp. paprika
* 2 tsp. sugar
* 1-1/2 Tbsp. chicken OR beef bouillon granules/powder
* 1-1/2 tsp. onion powder
* 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
* 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
* 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
* 1/2 tsp. cumin​
Serves:
Directions:
~Combine all of the ingredients into a medium bowl. ~Pour into small glass or plastic container,seal tightly.
~Shake to combine ingredients.
~Store in a cool, dry place.
**Makes the equivalent of 3 packets of commercial or purchased Fajita Seasoning Mix.
**Use 2 Tbsp. (or more depending on taste) for each batch of fajitas.​

I've always wanted to make fajitas at home. I'm going to try this recipe. Thanks!
I've had pretty good luck with that recipe for fajita seasonings...we've made shrimp, chicken and beef fajitas...just adjust the seasonings to whichever meat you're using...
