This was a nicely written article on being a "cheapskate"...really more of a simple-living/frugal lifestyle. The author interviewed sounds really down to earth and has some good info. It's going on my library book list for sure!

How sad we as a society have lost that common sense that you don't replace something til, well, it needs replacing. It IS funny to see how 'thrift shopping' is in now, when 10 years ago you'd barely tell a soul your jeans were $2 at Salvation Army- now you can brag about the find!
