Found this website information off a yahoo recipe site this morning. It includes Once a Month Cooking (OAMC) recipes and cooking for a crowd.

I found it rather interesting and might try a few recipes and plan them in my big once-a-month shop in April. I already make the meatballs, however, most of the time I make them for a crowd and they never last long enough to freeze....LOL. Thought someone might be interested in the information too. If any of you try them, review the recipe for us here.
