I made the broccoli cheese soup today. We served it over baked potatoes. I only had one can of the cheddar cheese soup so I made 1/2 a batch. I had enough to feed four people. Do you have any other recipes that use evaporated milk? Also, I posted a review of it on Recipezaar. I enjoy reading your "Cooking Adventures" blog.
