No Flour Peanut Butter Cookies


Recipe Description
3 Ingredient Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Cookie​
Preparation Steps:
Preheat oven to 325 degrees

Peanut Butter at room temperature works better​
Level of Difficulty:
Easy​
Time Needed:
Ingredients:
2 cups peanut butter (we prefer chunky)

2 cups sugar

2 eggs​
Serves:
Directions:
In a large bowl combine all ingredients until well mixed

Roll little balls and put on a baking sheet

Flatten with a fork making a criss-cross pattern

Bake for about 10-12 minutes

Let cool for about 5 minutes on the baking sheet before moving the cookies to a cooling rack​

nodmicks I've tried it - its not quite the same texture-wise. The sugar adds the familiar 'weight' to a cookie. Its definitely doable but don't expect them to be the same as your average cookie.

Never tried with sugar substitute...sorry

Shuck! Did it taste good?
The recipe sounds like the one on the back of the Kraft PB jar or very similar and I did swap out the sugar for Splenda. The cookie cooked faster and was thinner and lighter. Taste was very diff then reg recipe cookie but everyone's tastes buds are different right? I also used less of the Splenda then the recipe called for to help minimize the 'sweetener aftertaste'. I did a 2nd batch with dried cranberries & choc chips to help add 'weight'. It just made it tastier :)

Maybe try 1/2 sweetener & 1/2 sugar to help keep the weight and texture?

Its all a matter of personal preference. :)
