I know the year has already started but I wanted to put this out there for everyone in case they want to join me. Sweets is a huge downfall for me with my weight issues and I need to focus on cutting back. If I try to cut them out completely for any length of time though I will definately fail. A day here and there, every other day, or something like that should be doable. I am choosing 135 days of no sweets for the rest of the year. If you choose to join me please feel free to use any number of days you wish. I am going to classify sweets as cookies, cake, pie, candy, and ice cream. I am not counting muffins, pancakes, or quick bread type foods. (You can also come up with your own choice of what you want to avoid. Maybe you eat skittles everyday and want to change that pattern, ect.)

Anyway - Here we go. Good luck to anyone else who joins me!

Well, since I just finished a piece of birthday cake I'll try for 75 days.
