Just wanted to jump in and say HAPPY SUNDAY to everyone....I won't be online much today but i will report on my FRED"S trip later today. I can't sit in the computer chair for very long because the lower back all the way down my left leg is HURTING BAD!!!! It hurts to sit, stand or do anything....just take something and try to lie still.. :lol:
Actually both legs are hurting from the sciatica, but the left is the worst, the hip, leg are burning, aching oh so.........bad.. makes me feel like :weeping: but that doesn't do any good... At least dh is understanding about this.. :lol: He can be a little bit decent some of the time... DD came over here Friday night looking for sympathy because she went to the beauty school after getting her har striped a month ago to get it highlighted and they messed it up big time, I said why would yo pay to do your hair again this soon anyways.......so she said WHATEVER, BYE!!!

:lol: :lol: thats all i have to say about that...keep me in your prayers today that this pain will go away soon...

Vickie, I hope you get back to normal soon. I had sciatica for about a year. It just came on one morning and stayed for a year. I used to soak in epsom salt, granted it only gave me temporary relief and I could only do it when dh was home because I couldnt get out of the tub alone. I know the hwll that pain can cause. I also went to the doctor and used to take something called "Soma". It helped some when I took it in conjunction with ibuprofen, but as Im sure you know, wat something first before taking Ibuprofen, it will give you the worst stomach ache ever!

Sorry you are feeling so bad Vickie, I had it too..... I used a back brace, it helped keep the weight off of those nerves... I hope you feel better soon !!!!!!!!!!{{{{HUGS}}}}

{{HUGS}} hope you feel better soon. i had a problem with sciatica (sp) after having ds. i had to go see a chiropracter to get any releif from it, but i don't think mine was as bad as yours is.
