but at least not wasteful.
Those roasted chicken you buy at the store make EXCELLENT soup! Don't throw away the carcass. Boil it up with onions, celery, carrots, and garlic and then strain and make the soup from there. The seasonings on the skin make a very tasty soup! I don't add anything but veggies and noodles and a bit of pepper. There's already enough salt flavor.

I need to start doing this!! I waste too much sometimes.
