Well, the Oamc prep has begun. Pantries and freezers inventoried and groceries purchased (with coupons this time!:applause

The "day before" my big cook has the crockpot dishes going.

Chopping and prepping

Kitchen table with all necessary ingredients (why keep walking back and forth to the pantry?)

MP3 player loaded with some good tunes (yes, the Beatles, Elton John, Tom Petty, ZZ-Top and Lynard Skynard) are all tunes that will keep me going.

Menu has been itemized into what to cook first, etc.
