Do I have to oil the entire cast iron skillet (inside, outside, handle) after I cook with it and then clean and dry it? Or just the inside of the pan?
I understand I do the whole thing when doing the initial seasoning, but am wondering about each time I cook with it.
Thanks for any info

No, you don't. And you don't wash it after you oil it. I usually don't oil it, myself, but a lot of people do. I sometimes use mild dish soap, or sometimes I just scrub it with hot water and call it good.

I almost always air dry my cast iron. You can dry it with a dish towel if you want. There is no need to dry it over the stove burner. Use an old dish towel because it's likely to leave dark marks on the towel. No harm done but it looks bad.
