Hi guys, Thought I would stop in and tell you I have found the house I want to rent. It is $625.00 a month, but is easily worth much more. It is a 3 story house, but a man lives on the lowest /basement level. We would have to two upper floors. It is beautiful and they will let us keep our pets and kids. LOL It is in the town where we live now and the kids are loving that.
Anyway it has a large livingroom, dining room, good sized kitchen, a breakfast nook, bedroom, and a bathroom on the mainlevel. Then upstairs it has a large laundry room, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. One of the bedrooms upstairs has a large covered deck and the downstairs has a wrap around deck. We would also have a fenced in yard for Marina"s trampoline and our Blue heeler. It is $225 more than the other house but we could make it. It would still cut our housing cost by about $230 a month and that is without any upkeep. So I am real excited, but my husband can't decide if we should wait out the forclosure, which our lawyer said would be a couple of months or not. He loved the house, it is just hard for him to let go. I have about got him convinced that this is what God wants us to do, because around this town the price of housing is above average and most people want retirees from FL.
Anyway I wrote more than I was going too. Keep us in your prayers and I will let you know about the house in a day or two.
