I've had it. I spend more time *thinking* about losing weight and getting fit than actually doing something about it. I'm tired of starting and stopping. This time I will really see it through to the end.
This morning I started WW CORE again, and I did WATP walk & kick (kickboxing).
Summer will be here before I know it, and I don't want to be the overweight one any more.
