I've had it. I spend more time *thinking* about losing weight and getting fit than actually doing something about it. I'm tired of starting and stopping. This time I will really see it through to the end.

This morning I started WW CORE again, and I did WATP walk & kick (kickboxing).

Summer will be here before I know it, and I don't want to be the overweight one any more.

I need to buckle down too! The hardest part is making the decision and staying motivated so it sounds like you are off to a great start.

I want to get more WATP tapes - maybe thenew 5 mile on or the walk and jog.

I absolutely LOVE WATP. I highly recommend it to everyone. I have several of her VHS/DVD's. She has just come out with a 5 mile DVD, which I can't wait to buy :)
