Old Fashioned Biscuit Pudding

Recipe Description
I remember Miss Annie fixing this for us when we were little. It's a great way to use up leftover biscuits and bread.
Preparation Steps:
Preheat oven to 350*F.

Soak biscuits/bread in milk until softened.
Level of Difficulty:
Easy
Time Needed:
20 minutes prep: 15 minutes bake
Ingredients:
1 can biscuits or equivalent. (I have used little more/little less)
1 1/2 cups milk
1/2 cup sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. of butter
1 tsp. of vanilla
Serves:
Servings: 6
Directions:
Mash softened biscuit/milk mixture well, making sure that bread is soft.
Add sugar, butter, vanilla, and eggs, mixing well.
Stir mixture until it looks like crumbs; not too soupy. (If too soupy, you might add more bread for consistency)
Bake for 15 minutes or until brown on top.

I like this served warm with syrup and butter or with caramel syrup. However, it's good cold, also.
