I'm a once-a-week cooker. It helps avoid those expensive (and fattening) drive thru meals and pizza orders.

Today I'm making:

Baked beans
Baked brown rice
Potato Soup

The menu is:

Sunday: Baked beans, potato wedges, steamed veggies
Monday: Potato soup topped with broccoli and cheese
Tuesday: Baked beans and rice, steamed veggies
Wednesday: Leftover soup
Thursday: Stir fried veggies over rice
Friday: Tacos w/ refried beans and veggies, Spanish rice, (ground turkey for kids)
