I use My Fitness Pal. I have the app on my phone, which makes it really easy to log meals. It measures everything, calories, carbs, sugar, fat, fiber, etc. It also calculates the calories you need and adjusts according to your activity level that day. Then it will tell you, if every day were like today you will weigh xx amount in 5 weeks.
My fitness pal....started January 29 of this year and have lost 70 pounds. I'm 10 pounds from goal! I used to lecture for weight watchers before my children were born...this is actually better in my opinion!
