Oven BBQ Chicken

into a crockpot recipe. It's sooo delic!

Unthaw and lay chicken thighs flat in the pan.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Ingredients:10-12 boneless
skinless chicken
thighs
1 onion
1/2 brown sugar
1/2 cider vinegar
1 28oz can tomato
sauce
2 tsp prepared garlic
1/3c Dijon mustard
1Tbsp Mrs Dash
Italian Seasoning
1/4-1/2tsp cayenne
pepper
Serves:skinless chicken
