Try making a sandwich from it using your favorite jelly as the filling.

Peanut Butter Banana Bread

1/3 cup shortening
3/4 cup chunky peanut butter
2/3 cup sugar
2 eggs
1 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 medium)
1-3/4 cups plain flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon baking soda
1/4 cup buttermilk

Cream shortening and peanut butter until well blended. Add sugar gradually, creaming until light and fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in bananas. Sift remaining dry ingredients together. Add alternately with buttermilk to first mixture. Mix until well blended. Spoon into a greased loaf pan, 8x4x4 inches. Bake at 350° for 1 hour or until the center springs back when touched lightly with your fingertips. Cool in pan 10 minutes. Turn out and finish cooling on a rack. Leftovers freeze well.
