Hi!

I don't know if plaster craft would be included under clay pot crafts or not but it's the closest I could find as to where it might fit at.

Was just wondering if anyone here does any work with plaster of paris or plaster molds where you can make and then paint plaques or figurines, etc.

I used to do this years ago when my kids were little and well - they're ages 30 and 31 now [see - told ya it was a LONG time ago. *lol*]

If anyone does this type of craft, would you have any good sites where I can find the molds or even the figurines/plaques and such?

Love,

Jennelle

I did some searching for you and found this one...

where you can purchase molds. This is a tough one. I know we used to make lots of these as kids in school. Don't know where the teachers found the molds but I'll keep looking.:teach:

I have used the candy molds to make magnets. It works really good.

My 12 year old takes cake pans to make decor for gardens, these are really awsome. In fact our libary has many and we use those sometimes. We grease and flour then pout the plaster in, 24 hrs later vola stepping stone, but don't use it to step on :teddy2:
