I have cornish hens in the oven for my husbands lunch this week. After I bone these or he has EATEN off the bones is it safe for me to boil them. To get last of meat off the bones for chicken broth and chicken soup. I hope this doesn't sound sick but I was wondering if I could use the bones this way.

Sure you can .. boiling should kill any germs from his mouth. . .
