Pretzel Jello Salad
Recipe Description
A family favorite! Great with raspberry gelatin and frozen raspberries as well!
Preparation Steps:Heat oven to 400 degrees.
Level of Difficulty:Easy
Time Needed:30 minutes, plus chilling time
Ingredients:2 cups crushed pretzels
3/4 cup melted butter
2 Tbspn sugar
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
8 oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (3 oz) packages strawberry-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries, partially thawed
Serves:3/4 cup melted butter
2 Tbspn sugar
8 oz package cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
8 oz carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
2 (3 oz) packages strawberry-flavored gelatin
2 cups boiling water
2 (10 oz) packages frozen strawberries, partially thawed

Directions:In a medium bowl, combine pretzels, butter and 2 tablespoons sugar. Press on bottom of 9x13 pan. bake 8 minutes. Cool
In small mixer bowl, beat cream cheese until fluffy, gradually add 1 cup of sugar. Beat until smooth. Fold in whipped topping. Spread on cooled crust.
In a medium bowl, dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Stir in strawberries, Refrigerate until slightly thickened. Pour over cream cheese mixture in pan. Refrigerate until firm.
