Pulled Pork

Recipe Description
Flavorful and super tender
Preparation Steps:
None
Level of Difficulty:
Easy
Time Needed:
Ingredients:
1 pork shoulder (depending on the size of your roast and CP could use 2 smaller ones)
1 pkg. Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 c. water
bottle of BBQ sauce optional
Serves:
Directions:
Place water in CP add soup mix, add roast on top. Cook for about 7 hours or so on low. At the end of the time I shred up the meat and throw some into a saucepan with Famous Dave's BBQ sauce or Jack Daniels BBQ sauce and I thin it out with just a bit of the broth from the CP. Not everyone here likes the pork with BBQ sauce so that is why I do it seperately. Also, my CP tends to scorch BBQ sauce. This pork is fantastic with or without it. I like to serve mine over roasted potaotes or I make rolls using a challah recipe I have (this works great with the BBQ pork).

I'd love your challah recipe too if you don't mind

TIA :)
