Pumpkin Crunch - Delicious!


Recipe Description
Tired of plain ole pumpkin pie? This is your answer!​
Preparation Steps:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan.​

Time Needed:
Ingredients:
1 pacakge yellow cake mix
1 can (15 oz.) solid packed pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon​
Serves:
Directions:
Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
Pour into baking pan.
Sprinkle with dry cake mix, evenly.
Top with pecans. (omit if you wish)
Drizzle melted butter over pecans.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool, serve chilled.
Top with whipped topping when serving.​

This dessert is the bomb! The 20 something guys in the family finished a whole pan of it on Thanksgiving. YUMMMM!

I've never heard of this before and since I have a can of pumpkin and cake mix I'm going to try it. I just made pumpkin rolls so my family should love this.

I've made this before, it was yummy. My problem was I couldn't stay out of it.

I recall it had alot of butter drizzled over the cake mix, but I don't see the quantity listed in your recipe?
