Preparation Steps:Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease bottom of 9x13 pan.

Ingredients:1 pacakge yellow cake mix
1 can (15 oz.) solid packed pumpkin
1 can (12 oz.) evaporated milk
3 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:Combine pumpkin, evaporated milk, eggs, sugar, cinnamon, and salt in a large bowl.
Pour into baking pan.
Sprinkle with dry cake mix, evenly.
Top with pecans. (omit if you wish)
Drizzle melted butter over pecans.
Bake for 50-55 minutes or until golden brown.
Cool, serve chilled.
Top with whipped topping when serving.
