Pumpkin Freeze​

Recipe Description

Canadian Thanksgiving is on Oct.13th my son has already put in his request for his favourite dessert​

Ingredients:

2qts.vanilla ice cream
16oz can pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp.each of ginger,cinnamon,nutmeg,salt
3-8inch graham cracker crusts​

Serves:

8​

Directions:

Soften ice cream at room temp for 30 mins
Combine sugar,spices and pumpkin mix well
Fold into softened ice cream
Spoon into prepared crusts
Freeze until firm​
