Pumpkin Freeze
Recipe Description
Canadian Thanksgiving is on Oct.13th my son has already put in his request for his favourite dessert
Preparation Steps:

Time Needed:
Ingredients:2qts.vanilla ice cream
16oz can pumpkin
1 cup brown sugar
1 tsp.each of ginger,cinnamon,nutmeg,salt
3-8inch graham cracker crusts
Serves:16oz can pumpkin

Directions:Soften ice cream at room temp for 30 mins
Combine sugar,spices and pumpkin mix well
Fold into softened ice cream
Spoon into prepared crusts
Freeze until firm
