I just got some pumpkin today too. It's supposed to be for my cats, but they won't mind if I sneak a scoop

I tried this last night. I think next time I make it I will add a bit more pumpkin and less cinnamon. The cinnamon overpowered the pumpkin quite a bit.

I just made this this morning and I just wanted to add a note about the steaming. You may notice that there's no sugar in this or any other latte, because when steam the milk it brings out the natural sweetness. I don't think I got it hot enough so mine didn't taste quite right...

Anyway I just wanted to mention that you can't skimp on that step.

I'm going to make this later. Does anyone know if I can steam everything in the mug with my frothing attachment instead of heating it on the stove?

I have a little italian cafe-pot that makes espresso on the stove burner, no fancy machine needed! I am SO trying this! I wonder if it would be good with the milk swapped for sweetened condensed milk like a Vietnamese-style coffee?
