I've been wondering what the little green dots under each of our profile names indicates? Also, what does "Rep Power" mean? Can someone shed some light on this for me? Thanks!

The green dots are a measurement for the amount of posts/replies someone has made.
The reputation is a measurement for how many times someone has clicked add reputation power to a users name. To add reputation power, you click the sherif star next to blog this post under a post. You would add reputation if you found a post really helpful or the like.
