Quick Moo-Shu Vegetables
Recipe Description
This was really yummy and quick.
Preparation Steps:

Time Needed:
Ingredients:1 TBLS. dark sesame oil
2 large cloves of garlic, chopped
1 10 oz. bag of shredded coleslaw mix
1 8 oz. bag shredded carrots
4 scallions, sliced
1/4 cup hoisin sauce, plus additional to serve
2 tbls of soy or tamari sauce
8 6inch snack size flour tortillas, heated
Serves:2 large cloves of garlic, chopped

2 tbls of soy or tamari sauce
8 6inch snack size flour tortillas, heated
Directions:In wok or skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic and cook, stirring constantly, 30 seconds. Add coleslaw, carrots, and scallions; cook, stirring occasionally, until softened, about 8 minutes. Add hoisin sauce and soy sauce and cook another 2 minutes. Add S&P and wrap in a tortilla and topping with additional hoisin sauce.
