2 packs Oriental flavor ramen
1/4 tsp ginger
2 C water
1 package stir fry veggies
1 lb (more or less) hamburger

Borwn hamburger with ginger and 1 packet of Oriental seasoning packet. Drain, set aside. In same skillet, bring wate to a boil and add remaninder of ingredients. Cook for 3 minutes, return hamburger to skillet. Makes about 4 servings.

This is yummy stuff! I have also used ground turkey in this and used much less meat.

Here's another Ramen recipe:

Saute in oil:

Onion(s)
Garlic
(chopped celery & green pepper if you like them!)

Add:

1.5 - 2 lbs. ground beef

Brown. Season to taste.

Add:

~25-30 ounce spaghetti sauce or tomato sauce

Then add 1-2 packages of the ramen noodles WITHOUT the seasoning packet. Instant spaghetti!
