So simple. Just add in blender:

1) red bell pepper (seeded and stem removed)
2) 1/2 cup raw cashews
3) approx 1/4 c. lime juice (REAL lime juice, not that stuff in green plastic ball)
4) salt, pepper, and cayenne (or hot sauce) to taste

Blend and allow flavours to homogenize, then serve over a lovely green salad.
