Road Kill Delight​

Recipe Description

It's really a chicken recipe!​

Preparation Steps:

preheat oven to 325
spray casserole dish (I use my 9x13) with Pam​

Level of Difficulty:

Easy​

Time Needed:

20 min prep-45 cook:times are approximate​

Ingredients:

2 cups chicken
14 oz chicken broth
small bag of corn chips
can of cream o mushroom
can of cream o chicken
1 cup milk
1-8oz jar salsa
1 cup cheddar cheese (we like more so I use about 1-2)​

Serves:

Directions:

Spread corn chips in bottom of casserole dish, pour chicken broth over top. Let it sit while you are mixing the other ingredients.

Mix soups and milk. Add chicken, mix well. Layer with cheese. Continue layering and top with cheese!
Top with salsa

Bake 45 minutes
