Michelle, I am not doing Atkins right now, I love that Diet and I get great results from it, but I do find that it makes me very depressed! I dont know if it is the lack of carbs or lack of comfort foods, like potatoes and bread. Things in my life have been stressful to say the least and I am afraid to add to the stress in my life, so until I dig my way out I will just have to try it another way.
I used new and different foods as a reward for the carbs, like artichokes and rutebagas, they are great fried with onions or made into fries! I hope you can make it past the first induction phase, I loved the euphoric feeling that gave me. Keep me posted! Good Luck!
