Well, I knew it was inevitable. It has begun to snow here, we are surrounded by winter weather advisories and road closures. Winter is arriving. Maybe i can stow away on a slow boat to Hawaii?? Sigh, at least Christmas is comming. :) :tree: :winter:

LOL! Melissa Let me tell you, Hawaii is highly over rated!;) It's a great place to visit, but only having 2 seasons (hot, humid and dry or hot, humid and rainy), gets old pretty quick. Plus, your cost of living is outragous! I'll take the snow anytime over year round stickiness and flat hair!!!

LOL I know what you mean Melissa. We got 2 1/2 FEET of snow this weekend

I'm trying to stay positive about it, though, because I know it's just the beginning.

At least we'll have a white Christmas (unless of course the rain and 50º temps we're supposed to get later in the week ruin the snow! LOL)

Yikes Michelle! That means my family is probably digging out (in Maine) too! I hope everything clears (at least off the roads) away soon!!

It isn't too bad, but here's a pic of what it looks like after an hour or so of the snowing.

Debbie, sounds like Hawaii is alot like Panama. (the country not the city in FL) They have 2 seasons as well. Rainy and dry. Rainy season you get 98 degree temps and a guaranteed afternoon rain. In dry season you get 98 degree temps and NO RAIN FOR A MONTHL. lol I have pics of ds playing in the wading pool on Christmas day when we lived there.(dry season) The relatives back home were sooo jealous ;)
